Refund & Returns Policy
At T-Léine.ie, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and our returns process.
1. Your Right to Cancel (EU Cooling-Off Period)
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To cancel, you must notify us by email at haigh@t-leine.ie within 14 days of delivery.
You must then return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us.
2. Conditions for Returns
Returned items must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in their original condition and packaging
- Include any labels or tags
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are returned in an unsuitable condition.
3. Return Postage
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will process your refund within 14 days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Original delivery charges will be refunded only if the entire order is returned.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at haigh@t-leine.ie with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos if applicable
We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage where appropriate.
This does not affect your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law.
