These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the website [www.t-leine.ie] (the “Website”). By using this Website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use this Website.

2. Ordering Online
All orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance and availability.
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Any payments taken will be refunded in full if an order is cancelled.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in Euro (€).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment through Shopify Payments and any other payment methods displayed at checkout.
4. Delivery
We use third-party couriers to deliver orders.
Delivery times provided are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
If delivery is attempted at the address provided and fails, the customer may be responsible for any re-delivery costs.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered.
5. Right to Cancel (EU Consumer Rights)
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at haigh@t-leine.ie within 14 days of delivery.
You must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation, in unused and original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive the returned goods, we will refund you within 14 days using the original payment method.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Returns & Faulty Goods
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at haigh@t-leine.ie.
We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your rights under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 and EU consumer law.
7. Colours & Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately. However, colours may vary depending on your device or screen settings.
Minor variations in colour, shade, or size do not constitute a fault.
8. Gift Vouchers & Discount Codes
- Discount codes expire on the date stated when issued and cannot be extended.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 60 months from the date of issue and cannot be redeemed after expiry.
- Gift vouchers and discount codes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
9. Competitions & Promotions
From time to time, we may run competitions or promotions. Each promotion will be subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published at the time.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including text, images, designs, logos, and graphics, is the property of T-Léine.ie or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter which cannot be excluded under Irish or EU law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this Website or the purchase of goods.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
